It’s endorsed by federal and state governments as the apprenticeship for a truck driver.

- Hazards and emergencies in waste management
- Environmentally sustainable vehicle operation
- Operating a front lift mobile compactions/collection vehicle
- Operating a life on/life off collection vehicle
- Operating a vehicle-mounted loading crane
- Managing in-vehicle technology distractions
- Work safety as a non-electrical licensed worker near electrical assets
Course outcome: TLI31222 Certificate III in Driving Operations statement of attainment
